We have been proud to bring our family and friends to Austria for many years. It is a great feeling to share our happiness with them. With Der Drahtesel, we want to do this on a larger scale. All double rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished with lots of wood, clean lines and warm colours. Each room has a balcony with a beautiful mountain view. Beautiful spacious bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. And of course a comfortable double bed where you can relax carefree after a busy day.

Going on holiday with the whole family is no problem at Der Drahtesel! Our spacious family suites offer enough space for a large family! The family suite consists of a bedroom, a spacious living area with kitchenette and sitting area, and a bathroom. The kitchenette includes a sink, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates and glasses. The living area and bedroom are interconnected, but can be easily separated from each other. This way, you and a large family have plenty of privacy! The bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed for three people. The family suite has a big bonus: a wonderful view of the mountains!

We ask our guests not to deviate from our check-in times. Due to staffing and room cleaning, it is often not possible for us to let you check in earlier than 3 pm. We ask for your understanding. Should you wish to check in before 3 pm for special reasons, please contact us in advance. We can then clarify the possibilities with you. For a late check-in, please also contact us.

Breakfast included
The room rates include breakfast for the specified number of people in the room. Breakfast consists of a large selection of bread rolls, spreads, eggs, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, vegetables, coffee, tea, juices and more! If you would like an additional breakfast, you can conveniently book this yourself or contact us. A later booking at check-in is also possible.
The breakfast buffet is located in our restaurant on the ground floor. You can enjoy the buffet between 7.30 and 9.30 am to get your day off to a good start!
In case of allergies or other requests, please inform us in advance.
Halfpension
If you book half pesion, you will receive both breakfast and dinner. You can choose from different menus with lots of variety every day! Each menu includes salad, side dishes and dessert! It is also possible to book half-board later at the hotel. Either for the entire stay or for one evening, for example.

On holiday with your dog
Discover the breathtaking mountains with your dog? Great! With us at Der Drahtesel it is possible to take your dog with you on holiday. Please let us know in advance so that we can keep the dog-friendly room free for you and your four-legged friend! We charge a one-off fee of €30 per dog for the final cleaning of your room.
Extra bed
It is possible to book an extra bed for an adult, child or baby. An extra baby cot can be booked for family rooms/suites as well as for double rooms. The cost of a baby (0 - 4 years) is free of charge, as is an extra baby bed.
The cost for an extra bed (4 - 15 years) is €30,- per night including breakfast for the extra child. An extra bed for an adult costs €45 per night including breakfast. Please note that an extra bed for an adult is only possible if no other rooms are available.
